Call for Water Damage Help in New York City
The fastest way to get help is a phone call. Describe what happened, where you are and your building type — you will get a realistic plan and a realistic price range in one conversation.
Phone and hours
Calls answered 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM ET, 7 days a week. Calls answered 7am–10pm ET daily. Overnight requests are called back first thing in the morning. We do not claim 24/7 answering we cannot guarantee — if you reach us outside posted hours, leave your number, borough and what happened, and the call is returned first thing in the morning.
What to have ready when you call
- Your borough and neighborhood, and the building type (co-op, condo, rental, house)
- The water source if you know it — and whether it is stopped
- Which rooms or levels are affected, and roughly how long they have been wet
- Any safety concerns: water near outlets, a sagging ceiling, sewage smell
- Photos if you have them — they sharpen the estimate
If water is actively flowing and you cannot stop it, call your super or building management in parallel — they control building-side shut-offs.
Where we work
Neighborhood pages: Upper West Side, Williamsburg, Astoria — with more added in batches. Coverage is borough-wide regardless.
Prefer writing?
For non-urgent questions — corrections to content, partnership inquiries, documentation — the phone remains the primary channel during posted hours, and messages left outside them are returned in the morning. For anything actively leaking, do not write: call +1 (315) 267-1046. Speed is the whole game with water.
